PS1’s recruitment process for temporary employees is rigorous. First, all candidates go through a telephone pre-screen interview. Depending on job requirements, they will be invited to complete various assessments and evaluations.
Our experienced recruiters conduct customized behavioural interviews to determine suitability. We complete all necessary payrolling and government remittance documentation.
Each candidate must provide two recent business references before being sent to a client location.
We at PS1 take pride in our employees, and we understand that our clients do too. If you decide that a temporary employee would be a great fit on a direct hire basis, we can transition the employee onto your payroll.
